APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When user configures a shared library at cell scope by PFBC, it
    is not configured if another shared library with the same name
    already exists at lower scope. In this case, the lower
    definition will be overwritten unexpectedly.

Local fix

  • use admin console or wsadmin script instead of PFBC

    ****************************************************************
    Library object at cluster scope is overwritten by PFBC when a
    user attempts to create another Library object at cell scope
    with the same name. The Library object at cell scoped is not
    created or modified in this case.

Problem conclusion

  • The command implementation is modified so that the cell and
    cluster scope Library objects with the same name are
    created and modified correctly with
    AdminConfigProperties.applyConfigProperties() command.
