APAR status

Error description

• When the application server is stopped all the application
  created cache instances should be deleted from the OSGi
  configuration.  Dynacache was not deleting the cache
  configurations.  When the application is restarted the
  existing OSGi configuration is used to create the cache
  instance.  The existing OSGi configuration may not have the
  original, complete configuration.
