Error description

• After migration from V61.1 to V8.5.5 when running a job on a
  V6.1 endpoint through a V8.5.5 scheduler there is a capacity
  leak issue.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  After migration from WebSphere Application Server V6.1 to
  WebSphere Application Server V8.5.5 when running a job on a
  V6.1 endpoint through a V8.5.5 scheduler there is a capacity
  leak issue. The concurrent job count was not decreasing after
  the job completed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the issue so the job count is now decreasing by 1 when it
  uses the V6.1 section of code for the V8.5.5 scheduler.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
