Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: NullPointerException is thrown when     *
  *                      processing a SOAP fault without         *

  When reading the SOAP header from a SOAP fault message in
  SandeshaOutHandler, the case that a SOAP fault message without
  SOAP header was not well handled.
  

Problem conclusion

• To prevent the NullPointerException, SandeshaOutHandler has
  been modified to check if the SOAP header exists before using
  it.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.6.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
