Closed as program error.
Error description
In the WebSphere Application Server V8 administrative console the Servers > Clusters > Dynamic clusters > DCluster > Server template > Logging and tracing pages an error is received when altering data. Error: File Name: specified location is not recognized as a valid absolute system path, or "console", or "none"
Local fix
Modify the properites per server instead of using the template.

Problem conclusion
Now When half path is defined for SystemOut and SystemErr for the JVM then it is created relative to the current working directory of the server. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.5.
