*                      message which was not sent.             *

Exception during in validation in SipContainer when UAC
SipSession created a new outgoing message but it was not sent.

Problem conclusion

Code changed to recognize the situation and invalidate the
session correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the
