• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Downloaded feature either jca-1.6, jms-1.1, or mdb-3.1 to a
  local directory, and then ran featureManager command to
  install it from the directory. The feature was not
  installed, although the command reported that the feature
  has been successfully installed.

  Download one of the features: either jca-1.6, jms-1.1, or mdb-
  3.1 to a local directory,
  	for example: featureManager install mdb-3.1 --downloadOnly --
  location=c:\temp\download
  
  and then install it from the downloaded directory,
  	for example:  featureManager install mdb-3.1 --offlineOnly --
  location=c:\temp\download
  
  The feature is not installed, although the command reported that
  it is with the following message:
  	CWWKF1017I: The feature has been successfully installed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been corrected so that those features should be
  installed correclty.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for

Temporary fix

• Users can install those features by full name
  com.ibm.websphere.appserver.jca-1.6,
  com.ibm.websphere.appserver.jms-1.1, and
  com.ibm.websphere.appserver.mdb-3.1 instead of short name.
  
  For example: featureManager install
  com.ibm.websphere.appserver.mdb-3.1 --downloadOnly --
  location=c:\temp\download
