Error description

• ClassNotFoundException was thrown while retrieving monitoring
  data using traditional PMI MBean (Perf MBean)

  WebContainer Monitor code was moved in a auto-feature but
  location of "com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.pmi.WebAppMonitorListener"
  was not updated in code therefore whenever anyone tried to
  retrieve data using Perf MBean (optional in liberty) hit the
  isssue ( ClassNotFoundException) .
  

Problem conclusion

• Code is modified to resolve the location issue which allows
  users to retrieve data using Perf MBean also.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
  delivery information:
