Error description
In some cases, clone ID is not present in the collective repository when Dynamic Routing sends initial routing information about a collective member. For these collective members, Dynamic Routing sends empty clone ID to the Intelligent Management enabled WebSphere Plug-in. When clone ID becomes available, Dynamic Routing sends updated clone ID to the Plug-in. But the Plug-in does not allow to update clone ID once it is set. So, Dynamic Routing is changed to not to send clone ID if it is not present in the repository.
