Error description

• Someone may expect that a context root value specified on an
  application element in server.xml would affect the context
  root value of a web module within the application, but it
  does not. When this value is specified, the server currently
  does not issue any messages warning the user that the
  configuration will not be used.

  Someone may expect that a context root value specified on an
  application element in server.xml would affect the context root
  value of a web module within the application, but it does not.
  When this value is specified, the server currently does not
  issue any messages warning the user that the configuration will
  not be used.
  

Problem conclusion

• A warning message will now be issued when a context root value
  is specified on an application where it isn't valid.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
