Error description
Certain features that internally depend on JAX-RS expose those APIs to user applications. These APIs include open source classes such as Jackson and Apache Wink. If a user specifies a feature that directly or indirectly depends on the jaxrs-1.1 feature, then all user applications on that server will be exposed to these API packages. Some features that depend on jaxrs-1.1 include restConnector-1.0, collectiveController-1.0, collectiveMember-1.0, clusterMember-1.0, etc. When these APIs are exposed, it can make it difficult for user applications that want to package a different version of these APIs.
