Error description
Liberty Collective users cannot perform read or write file operations on a file system path defined in the file operation white list and terminated with a slash. The following error message will be displayed: "CWWKX0262E: The file operation {0} on file system path {1} was denied because the file system path was not listed in the file operation white list.".

Problem conclusion
Added code to normalize the allowed paths provided in order to remove any trailing slash from the paths. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.5. Temporary fix
Remove the trailing slash from the host read and write path.
