Error description

• The value specified for accesslogging in liberty profile does
  not record the correct elapsed time for a request. The value
  recorded for %D showed much bigger value than the actual
  elapsed time.

  The %D NCSA access logging directive will not display the
  correct elapsed time when a request arrives on the server using
  the same connection as a previous request
  

Problem conclusion

• HTTP Channel NCSA access logging code was modified to properly
  record the start time.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.6.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
  delivery information:
