Error description

• When an application is added or removed from the server, the
  state of the application does not update correctly.  For
  example, an application that is removed is still shown as
  installed on the server when viewed through admin center.

  When an application is added or removed from the server, the
  state of the application does not update correctly.  For
  example, an application that is removed is still shown as
  installed on the server when viewed through the admin center.
  This could occur when an application was removed at the same
  time that data about the application was being published to the
  repository.  The publish would effectively recreate the
  application's data in the repository.
  

Problem conclusion

• The collectives code was improved so that a removed application
  cannot have its data in the repository reconstructed unless the
  application is added once again.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for

Temporary fix

• Repeat the sequence of steps again.  For example, add the
  application and remove it again.
