Error description

• Customer not initializing batch processing but during shut down
  the app server is trying to clean up and since there is
  curently no configuration we try to use the default file which
  throws:

Problem summary

  *                      stopping" message was recieved by the   *
  *                      application server during a shutdown.   *

  This message was due to the Batch Environment attempting to
  shut itself down, however that function was not setup or
  installed by the customer.
  

Problem conclusion

• An update was implemented so that a check is performed to see
  if the Batch Function is initialized.  If not, it will not try
  to perform the shutdown of Batch.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
