Error description

After upgrading WebSphere Application server and feature packs

During sserver startup following error messages seen but they
are not causing any functional issue.

Local fix

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: XML parsing by other components         *
*                      results in dynacache XML parsing        *
*                      errors like DYNA0044E.                  *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
Dynacache obtains XML parsers from a pool and sets attributes
needed to parse a cachespec.xml.  Dynacache returns the
parser to the pool but does not reset the changed attributes.
When the parser is then used by another component the
dynacache errors are observered.

Problem conclusion

Dynacache will reset the parser to its original state before
returning the parser to the pool.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.39, 8.0.0.11 and  8.5.5.6.  Please refer to
