    ****************************************************************
When accessing the server-status page of a web server with the
Intelligent Management enabled WebSphere plug-in, some servers
that are in STOPPED state might show applications in STARTED
state. This problem occurs when routing to application servers
    in a Liberty profile collective.

Problem conclusion

  • When a Liberty profile collective member server loses
communication with the Liberty collective controller server, the
stored state of the applications on the Liberty profile member
server may remain as STARTED, while the state of the Liberty
profile member server itself will change to STOPPED. The code
was changed to ensure that when a Liberty profile member server
changes to STOPPED state, all of the applications on the Liberty
profile member server will also be changed to STOPPED state.
