Error description

• Administrative console produces an FFDC containing
  com.ibm.websphere.management.exception.AdminException,
  com.ibm.ws.management.application.EditApplication.getApplication
  Info when opening the "Job scheduler" link.

  When the job scheduler link is clicked, a getApplicationInfo is
  issued even when the application is not yet installed.  An
  FFDC will be written because the application is not available.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to check if the application is
  installed before issuing the getApplicationInfo call.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.6.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
