Error description

• The message in WRD help command should be updated to inform the
  way it deploys apps in WebSphere Application Server Network
  Deployment edition

  Starting in WebSphere Application Server V7 (Rational
  Application Developer 75x) the server tools code used by WRD
  stopped supporting deploying on WebSphere Application Server
  Network Deployment edition, but the help text of the
  wrd--config command and the help in the Knowledge Center still
  show this as an option.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is that the deployment command help information
  wasn't updated to reflect the fact that in Network Deployment
  edition the deployment is done in the deployment manager
  server by default.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.6.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
