Error description

• The mapping removes duplicate Account xml objects grouping by
  elements concat(in:number,  in:Code) in the Account xml object
  in order to map the final response that will contain  a
  distinct set of Account xml objects in the form of Holding xml
   objects that matches the response message contract

  While looping through items and grouping them by a entity the
  current-group()[n] element did not return a singleton value
  but instead returned all the elements in the loop. It should
  only have returned the nth element.
  

Problem conclusion

• To prevent the current-group()[n] from returning all the
  elements, code has been implemented to return a singleton
  instead for that cursor type and interface.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.11 and 8.5.5.6.  Please refer to the
