APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When an application is already removed, it tries to create the
  application paths again because it still tries to update the
  application status. This leads to the application added
  notification.

Problem conclusion

• Introduced an update only check, so if it is an update only and
  the path does not exist then it should not do anything.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
