Error description

• When generating a schema and feature list the files can be
  requested to be generated in alternative languages.
  WebSphere Developer Tools do this to render information
  about Liberty in the correct language. When requesting
  languages with both a language and country specification,
  for example Brazillian Portuguese or Traditional Chinese the
  files are genrated in English.

  When generating a schema and feature list the files can be
  requested to be generated in alternative languages. WebSphere
  Developer Tools (WDT) do this to render information about
  Liberty profile in the correct language. When requesting
  languages with both a language and country specification, for
  example Brazillian Portuguese or Traditional Chinese the files
  are generated in English.
  

Problem conclusion

• The schema and feature list generator tools were updated to
  correctly handle locales that contain both a language and
  country specified.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.6.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
