Object-level reference to some elements may be lost after
going through some copies which results in some elements
missing from the tree. Copies are incorrectly notified of the
name change of the original node.

Problem conclusion

  • Made changes to prevent notifications from being sent out to
copies during name change if cache manager has disabled
notifications.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 1.0.0.17. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
