Local fix

The NullPointerException is harmless and can be safely ignored.

An NullPointerException is thrown and passes through
org.apache.webbeans.component.AbstractInjectionTargetBean
.destroyInstance
There is no functional impact caused.

Problem conclusion

Code has been corrected so that the exception is no longer
thrown.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.9 and 8.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
