When starting a server with the jsf-2.0 feature and
java2security configured, the jsf-2.0 bundle will fail to load.
The following error message will be written to the logs:

    E CWWKE0701E: [com.ibm.ws.jsf.2.0(194)] Error during
    instantiation of the implementation object

    com.ibm.ws.jsf.extprocessor.JSFExtensionFactory.<init>(JSFExtens
    ionFactory.java:70)
            ...

This is due to a few missing classes not being included in the
    MyFaces bundle.
