Error description

• A project that includes the Liberty OSGi SPI JARs will not
  compile with Java7 due to the use of Generics with a Java
  1.4 compliance level in the current JARs.
  
  Those JARs are located in wlp/dev/spi/spec and include
  com.ibm.wsspi.org.osgi.cmpn.5.0.0_1.0.x.jar and
  com.ibm.wsspi.org.osgi.core.5.0.0_1.0.x.jar

Problem conclusion

• The JARs in the wlp/dev/spi/spec folder have been updated to a
  Java 1.5 version compliance.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.6.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
