Error description
An intermittent error can occur when stopping a resource adapter which causes an FFDC to be logged with the following, java.lang.IllegalStateException: context is null at com.ibm.wsspi.kernel.service.utils.ConcurrentServiceReferenc eMap.getServiceWithException(ConcurrentServiceReferenceMap.j ava:260) at com.ibm.ws.context.service.serializable.ThreadContextDescrip torImpl.taskStarting(ThreadContextDescriptorImpl.java:355) at com.ibm.ws.jca.internal.BootstrapContextImpl.stopResourceAda pter(BootstrapContextImpl.java:899) This prevents the resource adapter from being stopped

Problem conclusion
