Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to allow a WSGrid repository job to
  be restarted.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  WebSphere Application Server V8.5 fix pack 8.5.5.7 and
  WebSphere Compute Grid V8 fix pack 8.0.0.5.
