Error description

• The Application Server does not emit messages when
  the size of the WebContainer thread pool approaches its
  maximum.

  The WebContainer thread pool is the main thread pool in the
  Application Server responsible for handling user requests.
  Performance can suffer when the size of the WebContainer thread
  pool is not configured to appropriately handle the incoming
  request load.  The Server should notify the user whenever the
  WebContainer thread pool approaches and reaches its maximum
  size in order that the user can identify when to adjust the
  thread pool configuration.
  

Problem conclusion

• Upon applying APAR PI40095, the Application Server will emit
  the following message whenever the size of the WebContainer
  thread pool reaches 80 and 100 percent of its maximum.
  
  WSVR0652W: The size of thread pool "WebContainer" has reached
  {80/100} percent of its maximum.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.12 and 8.5.5.10.  Please refer to the
