  when the handler tries to get MessageContext

  This occurs because we store the message context as thread
  local, which could be overriden when a new web service is
  created.
  

Problem conclusion

• Made a code change to get the provider's message context and
  store it back when the client logic is finished.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
