Error description

• WebSphere Application Server logs contain errors like these:
  DCPC0322I: The application placement controller detected that
  the system performance can be improved by a reallocation of
  dynamic cluster instances. Review the strategy for
  automatically modifying the placement of dynamic cluster
  instances in the action plan.  The dynamic cluster operating
  mode is set to automatic.
  DCPC0342I: The Application Placement Controller is suggesting
  to stop server because it is on a host with insufficient memory.
  NGRP0010E: Error notifying app placement controller of
  maintenance mode change on node <nodename> to value false.
  Exception: javax.management.MBeanException: RuntimeException
  thrown in RequiredModelMBean
