Problem conclusion

• The message is now changed to.
  
  CWWIM4564I: The user registry is now connected to LDAP
  Server. Or, the user registry is able to ping the LDAP server
  successfully.
  
  The explanation is also updated to include information on
  pinging the LDAP Server.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.11 and 8.5.5.7.  Please refer to the
