Error description

• When a server is stopped and a job is running in the
  invokeSRToUpdateJobStatus method of the SchedulerComponent class
  it gets caught in a loop indefinitely.

  When a server is stopped and a job is running in the
  invokeSRToUpdateJobStatus method of the SchedulerComponent
  class
  it gets caught in a loop indefinitely.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CTL_NOTIFICATION_SERVER_STOPPING jms notification needed to
  be
  loaded, this was done using reflection.  By loading this a check
  for if the server stopped JMS notification was added and allowed
  for the server to get out of an infinite loop.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  WebSphere Compute Grid fixpack 8.0.0.5. and WebSphere
  Application Server 8.5.5.8
