Problem conclusion

• The IBM Liberty websocket code was updated to recognize when a
  server is shutting down, and then not to expect that all
  websocket Read and Write traffic can complete cleanly during the
  shutdown.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.6  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for

Temporary fix

• If possible, close all websocket sessions prior to shutting down
  the server.
