  Code has been corrected so that the product validation will not
  fail.

Temporary fix

• Users can run the install action with the --when-file-
  exists=replace parameter, such as
  
  	featureManager install extendedPackage-1.0 --when-file-
  exists=replace
  
  or use the installUtility command to install Liberty features,
  addons and other assets instead of featureManager, for example:
  
  	installUtility install extendedPackage-1.0
