Error description

• Despite the XAResource.recover() method failing for a
  resource the Info Message WTRN0146I is still output for
  that resource:
  [7/23/15 1:11:10:639 EDT] 00000078 XARecoveryDat A WTRN0146I:
  Obtained 0 xid(s) from xa recover on XAResource:
  ResourceManagerName of which 0 will be processed by this server
  
  That is misleading since the message explanation states that
  "The transaction service successfully issued xa recover on a
  logged resource manager."

  *                      has been successful for a resource      *

  *                      recovery fails.                         *

  The transaction service always outputs the WTRN0146I message
  when calling xa recovery on a resource manager regardless of
  whether xa recovery was successful or not. In the event of a
  failure on xa recovery the WTRN0037W is also output which
  indicates the failure. The explanation for the WTRN0146I
  message is "The transaction service successfully issued xa
  recover on a logged resource manager", so when xa recovery
  fails this message is misleading and should not be output.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified so that the WTRN0146I message is only
  output when the XAResource.recover() call for the resource
  manager was successful.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
