APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the Subexpression builder in Health Policies to
  Edit/Add a lime to a original URLReturnCodeMetric, it fails and
  shortens the original expression.
  
  
  Health Policies --> Configuration - Custom Condition - Edit URL
  <string>
  
  Adding to existing values cause failure on configuration and
  clips the original expression.

  When trying to edit a subexpression builder of a custom health
  policy the URL value in original custom expression gets
  truncated.
  

Problem conclusion

• The shortening of text is caused by the special character &
  which is not encoded. Fix is provided such that url gets
  encoded when displayed to user so that it does not get
  shortened.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.8.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
