  The Converter is adding the same XSTypeDefinition multiple
  times to the fGlobalTypes list. This causes a
  NullPointerException later in processing the grammar.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is to add a check for the list to make sure there is
  no duplicate type definition.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.17. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
