Error description
This error can occur when multiple WebSphere instances on different systems in a SYSPLEX are using WOLA over OTMA to connect to a single IMS region, or when multiple WebSphere instances on the same system are using WOLA over OTMA to connect to multiple IMS regions which share the same XCF group. use 1 instance of WebSphere using WOLA over OTMA in a SYSPLEX or with IMS regions that share the same XCF group.

Problem conclusion
Update WOLA to prevent collisions when accessing IMS from WebSphere using WOLA and OTMA. APAR PI46964 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs 8.0.0.12 and 8.5.5.9 and of WebSphere Application Server.
