Error description

• Controller would sometimes store the file to transfer in a
  temporary location. This location is not unique. If multiple
  requests were received on different threads to transfer the
  same file, then the controller could delete the file once
  one of the request is complete and this would cause the
  other request(s) to fail.
  
  An error similar to this would be thrown:
  CWWKX7219E: The specified file <file_location> does not
  exist.

  requests were received on different threads to transfer a file
  with the same name, then the controller could delete the file
  once one of the request is complete and this would cause the
  other request(s) to fail.

  CWWKX7219E: The specified file <FILE_PATH> does not exist.
  

Problem conclusion

• We now create a unique temporary location to store files to
  transfer. Hence, even if the controller receives multiple
  requests to transfer a file with the same name, it would not
  delete the file that's needed to complete another request.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
