Error description

• When a user tries to serialize and de-serialize a
  MBeanServerNotificationFilter that enables all objectnames
  (or disables objectNames), it does not allow notification
  for that filter when it should as the user is enabling all
  objectNames. There are variations to this for
  disableObjectNames, enable or disable a certain objectName.

  When a user tries to serialize and de-serialize an
  MBeanServerNotificationFilter that enables all objectnames (or
  disables objectNames), it does not allow notification for that
  filter when it should as the user is enabling all objectNames.
  There are variations to this for disableObjectNames, enable or
  disable a certain objectName.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JSONConverter now is able to de-serialize notifications
  properly. Its able to interpret enabled[] and disabled[] in the
  filter to allow and disallow notifications respectively or
  enable and disable a specific objectName.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
