Error description

• When running Liberty profile's featureManager command (for
  example, to install a new feature), the command may appear
  to hang indefinitely. This can occur if there is a network
  issue, preventing communication between featureManager and
  the Liberty Repository

  When running Liberty profile's featureManager command (for

  hang indefinitely. This can occur if there is a network issue,
  preventing communication between featureManager and the Liberty

Problem conclusion

• A timeout has been introduced, so that if there is a problem
  connecting to the repository, the featureManager command will
  exit with an error message (rather then hanging)
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.8.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for

Temporary fix

• If the featureManager command hangs, the command can be killed
  and re-tried.
