APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Extra =  sign in ibm-ejb-jar-bnd.xml for the work manager jndi
  name triggers an ADMA0115W warning during deployment because
  the extra = sign is picked up as part of the name which is
  invalid.
  

Local fix

• Edit the ibm-ejb-jar-bnd.xmi file in the EAR, and remove the
  "="

  When using the script WSBatchPackager to package the application
  with the -workmanagerjndi option, the packager includes extra
  "="
  in the work manager jndi name in the ibm-ejb-jar-bnd.xml.  This
  will result in ADMA0115W warning during application deployment.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WSBatchPackager has been updated to generate the ibm-ejb-
  jar-bnd.xml with the correct value of the work manager jndi
  name.
  
  APAR PI48222 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
  8.5.5.8 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.
