Error description

• When the j2eeManagement feature is installed, depending on
  the order in which features are deactivated, the following
  exception may be thrown from the ManagementEJB service while
  the server is stopping:
  java.lang.IllegalStateException: Required attribute is
  null,AtomicServiceReference[name=ejbRemoteRuntime,...]
  
  This has no negative functional effect, but does generate
  one or more FFDC incidents.

Problem conclusion

• The ManagementEJB service now tolerates the case where
  ejbRemoteRuntime has already been deactivated without throwing
  any exceptions.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
