Error description

• Sometimes after viewing reports/charts, if you click on links
  in the console it will open up in a new tab instead of the
  right side of the page.

  When one of the Runtime Operations navigation links was chosen,
  selecting any other link in the administrative console would
  force the new pages to open in a new tab.
  

Problem conclusion

• A programming error was discovered that was causing the frame
  names in the administrative console layout to be altered. The
  frame names are correctly fixed and this error no longer
  occurs.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.8.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
