  When elements that are moved into a new tree are relying on
  the root node of the new tree for their default namespace,
  they will be missing their namespace info during serialization.
  

Problem conclusion

• The algorithm was corrected so that during serializing, we
  store the default namespace of the root into any of the
  children elements which do not have a default namespace.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.12 and 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the
  Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
