When an exception is thrown from an HttpBindingListener during
value unbinding, it may cause inaccuracies in the Performance
Monitoring Infrastructure (PMI) Session ActiveCount

Problem conclusion

A try/catch condition was added to value unbinding in order to
accommodate and log exceptions without affecting PMI Session
ActiveCount.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.41, 8.0.0.12 and 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the
