Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server * * Compute Grid * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The database was not being updated with * * the latest timestamp * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** The database was not being updated with the latest timestamp, and hence when retrieving joblogs, the server was retrieving the older joblogs.
Problem conclusion
The correct timestamp is now being updated in the database on a job restart, which enables the correct joblog to be retrieved. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.9.
