• Improve plugin messages when a file name or directory path,
  etc is incorrect for logfile or ssl related files.

  read or write from a file, the message written is often vague.
  

Problem conclusion

• Enhanced message written to give a better description of the
  actual cause of the error.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 7.0.0.41, 8.0.0.12, and 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the
