Error description

• When Liberty is updated from a previous version on z/OS
  using a group-mode Installation Manager, files are updated
  without the group-write bit being set. This can lead to
  failures if another user ID in the group invokes the
  Installation Manager to update the copy of Liberty later on.

Problem conclusion

• The group-write bits will be set when updating Liberty using
  group-mode Installation Manager.
